For users on iOS, we've confirmed a situation where some sounds will play slowly or stop playing prematurely if you play Fire Emblem Heroes after switching from a music or voice-communication application.
If you experience an issue with sound playback, please first close other applications and then restart Fire Emblem Heroes. This should return sound playback to normal.
I can't greet my friends. Why is that?
If you tap a friend's visiting Hero on the Home screen, you will automatically send greetings to all of your friends at the same time.
You will be able to send greetings again each day starting at 7:00 AM UTC. This is 11:00 PM PST and 12:00 AM (midnight) when daylight saving time is in effect.
I completed a quest, but the quest list is not showing that I completed it. Why is that?
Quests will only show as completed once you meet the clear conditions after the quest becomes available.
For example, you may have cleared Chapter 1: Part 5 on Hard mode. Later, a quest is available for clearing Chapter 1: Part 5 on Hard mode. You will need to clear Chapter 1: Part 5 on Hard mode again to complete the quest.
My score in the Arena is not increasing. Why is that?
In the Arena, calculations are made for each season based on your high score for a season, your rank, and any successful defensive efforts.
• High score and rank
If your score after a battle is the highest score you've received that season, it will replace your high score displayed on the top of the Arena screen.
Ranks are determined based on the high scores of players around the world.
• Chain bonus
If you win a battle in the Arena, your score will be calculated depending on how many wins you've won in a row, for a maximum of five chained victories.
Your score will reset after losing a battle or reaching five chained victories.
• Defense
You can receive a reward based on your defense score, but it does not affect your rank.
• Bonus characters
If you include one of the bonus characters for a season in your team, you will receive double the score.
Your score will not receive an additional increase for adding additional bonus characters.
Any bonus character on your team will receive a stat boost of HP+10, Atk+4, Spd+4, Def+4, and Res+4.
You will be matched with opponents based on your stats before receiving the stat boost.
Bonus characters on your opponent's team will not receive the stat boost during battle.
I didn't receive my reward from the Arena. Why is that?
You can receive rewards for the Arena by entering the Arena after the next season has started.
The rewards will not be sent to your Present List.
I can't send allies home or use them in Merge Allies. What should I do?
You cannot send allies home or use them in Merge Allies in the following situations:
• If your Hero has been marked as a favorite.
• If you have selected Alfonse, Anna, or Sharena.
Alfonse, Anna, and Sharena cannot be used in Merge Allies or be sent home.
What is a Nintendo Account?
A Nintendo Account is required for using Nintendo services such as My Nintendo.
